Procedures for selection
To apply for the Flipkart internship program, you just need to complete the following steps:
The Flipkart Internship program has a rigorous selection process.
You will receive a notification about pre-assessment through SMS and need to clear the pre-assessment in one go, securing a minimum of 80%. Once you pass the pre-assessment, you will be interviewed by our academy managers on aptitude, knowledge, and willingness to work. You will be notified about your selection through SMS.
A Flipkart Internship is a 45-day program for those who want to learn about the company’s technology, culture, and business concepts. This program has been designed to help you achieve the success you deserve in your career. It is conducted in two phases: 16 days of Digital Learning with Assessments, which will pave the way for an internship period of 45 days.
