About Microsoft Fix-A-Thon 2022
A national hackathon where engineering students in their final year can improve their skills while being instructed by Microsoft subject-matter experts (SMEs). Our goal is to encourage successful growth and the development of industry-relevant skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students pursuing a BE or B. Tech in CSE, IT, or another quantitative field but graduating by 2023 with a CGPA of at least 8/10.
- You should not have attended any Microsoft employment events in the last 12 months.
Timelines in Microsoft Fix-a-Thon 2022
1. Phase 1: Registration & Launch
- Register as a specific individual until September 16, 2022, at 2 PM
- If you are chosen in this round, we will send you an email and invite you to a launch webinar on September 21, 2022.
- Each shortlisted candidate will go through a screening GD round.
2. Phase 2: Hackathon Phases
- This phase will begin on September 29th, 2022.
- This phase is divided into two parts: Part 1 includes a challenge for individual break fix by troubleshooting the given case, and Part 2 includes a hackathon in which we will form teams to hack together.
3. Phase 3: Semi-final & Final
- This phase is held b/w 13th – 15th Oct.
- Selected teams will advance to the presentation’s semifinal round.
- Teams who have nailed their semi-final invited to the final round
Responsibilities in Microsoft Internship
- You’ll be working with cutting-edge technology at Microsoft.
- The group may rely on your abilities and perceptions to help resolve difficult client issues.
- Receive the opportunity to work on actual client scenarios while having fun.
Duration of Microsoft Internship
- An internship will last three months, from April to June 2023.
- If you apply, you should have a 3-month internship available during this time.
Benefits of Microsoft Internship
- The stipend for this internship is INR 25,000/- per month
- A good opportunity to become Microsoft Certified Intern by doing an internship
